The administration of the learning process in the Physics study program is supported by the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) on the web page at https://siakad.uns.ac.id/. SIAKAD is an integration of the student registration system, course taking (KRS), list of broadcast subjects and lecturers, class schedules, and student learning outcomes (KHS).

The learning method in physics study program based on student centered learning (SCL) is developed in the form of multiplication of discussions, independent assignments, practicum, and learning through e-learning. The implementation of learning courses is designed so that the time provided face-to-face in the class of at least 16 face-to-face including UTS and UAS is really fulfilled

In accordance with UNS Chancellor Regulation No. 582 / UN27 / HK / 2016, students can only take part in the learning evaluation (UTS and UAS) with an attendance of not less than 75%. SIAKAD will automatically block students with an attendance rate of less than 75% of the face-to-face meeting in one semester
