Indonesian Journal of Applied Physics (IJAP)

In the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, scientific communication through the media of scientific journals is a necessity for lecturers. This media becomes more meaningful and rational considering the fact that research and development activities take place in the Physics Study Program. Research activities in the Physics Study Program are at least accommodated in 4 areas of interest, namely material physics, geophysics-acoustics, theoretical and computational physics and instrumentation physics. In this regard, since November 2011 the Physics Study Program has published the Indonesian Journal of Applied Physics (IJAP). However, this activity has started with the publication of the Media Physics Journal in 2002. This change is intended to obtain an accredited journal and be ready to become an international journal. With improvements both in terms of management, quality of layout and content of papers, the IJAP journal has been accredited with Sinta 2 in 2019. In order to improve the quality and professionalism of publishing and to achieve these targets, financial support is needed.
